Booking a car

To rent a car you should:
- Have at least 21 years,
- Own a valid driving license for at least a year and have a second identity document with a photo (ID or a passport)
- Provide additional documents:
* For individual consumers: a valid credit card or a job contract,
* For business customers: the company registration documents,

You should also:
- Enter the date and time of rental,
- Select a rental place,
- Select what kind of a car you want to rent.

Picking a car

To get a car you must:
- show the driving license, ID and a credit card
- Check and sign a rental contract,
- Check the car in case of any existing damages.

Returning the car

When returning the car you should:
- Try to return the vehicle before the end of renting time,
- Return the keys in one of the Carnet offices,
- a Carnet employee will check the car for any damages and refueling,
- the rental contract will be finished.
