age above 21 for A group cars
age above 23 for B group cars
age above 25 for cars from other groups
owning a driving licence for at least one year
You must have a permanent employment or run your own business
Refundable deposit is min 500PLN or you must have a credit card

ID card
driving licence
employment contract or a credit card

documents of registering a business
last US/ZUS payment proof or a credit card
an authorization for employees - download a PDF document (Acrobat Reader).

Concerning foreign customers from outside Poland:

passport
driving licence
credit card
for USA, Canada and Australia citizens ( international driving licence)
